The convenience store, and gas station store is the new staple of the road. They offer hot and cold food to go and a limited selection of groceries and sundries, as well as gas and oil. Most of them boast a good, clean deli counter and feature homemade and local delicacies. These are locally run and owned facilities where service comes with a good attitude.
